Betsal is engaged in the complete surveying and fencing of Lorma Construction’s expansive 125-hectare property. The project involves precise topographic land measurement using advanced GPS and GIS technologies to establish accurate boundary lines.
Following the survey, the team is installing a high-security perimeter fence designed for durability and resilience against environmental factors. The fencing system includes reinforced steel posts, concrete footings, and industrial-grade chain link fencing with barbed wire for added security.

- Challenging Terrain – The property spans uneven and rugged land, requiring specialized excavation and leveling techniques before fence installation.

NCD 8 Mile Lorma Construction Project – Formwork and Drainage
Project Scope
As part of infrastructure development at 8 Mile, Betsal Ltd is executing critical construction tasks, including formwork installation and drainage system construction. The project focuses on preparing structural components for upcoming developments while ensuring efficient water management solutions.
Formwork Construction
Formwork is a crucial aspect of any construction project, as it provides a mold for concrete structures. Betsal Ltd is utilizing high-strength plywood and steel reinforcement to construct stable formwork for:
- Foundations – Ensuring a solid base for future buildings and infrastructure.
- Retaining Walls – Preventing soil erosion and supporting load-bearing structures.
- Columns & Beams – Providing strength and stability to multi-level structures.
Drainage System Installation
Proper drainage is essential to prevent flooding and soil erosion. The team is constructing a comprehensive underground and surface drainage network, including:

Providing Security for Lorma’s Property
Project Scope
Security is a critical component of large-scale land development, and Betsal Ltd has been contracted to establish a robust security infrastructure for Lorma Construction’s 125-hectare site. The project encompasses the deployment of trained security personnel, installation of surveillance cameras, and setup of access control points.
Security personnel are stationed at strategic locations, conducting routine patrols and monitoring all movement on-site. The installation of CCTV cameras with remote monitoring capabilities ensures real-time surveillance, reducing the risk of trespassing, vandalism, and theft.
Security Measures Implemented:
- 24/7 Guard Deployment – Trained security officers are assigned to monitor high-risk areas, conduct inspections, and respond to security breaches.
- CCTV Surveillance & Monitoring – A network of high-resolution cameras provides continuous monitoring, with remote access for security supervisors.
